【Do You Know How to Use an AED? – Shisei Dayori December  (2)】

If a family member or friend suddenly collapses in front of you, are you able to use an AED?
In situations where an AED is needed, it is important to use it quickly, correctly, and without hesitation. Please check in advance where AEDs are located in facilities you regularly visit, and learn how to use them.
When powered on, an AED provides voice instructions, so anyone can use it safely and easily.

Steps:

1. Turn on the AED near the collapsed person.
2. Expose the person’s chest and attach the electrode pads directly to the skin.
3. The AED automatically analyzes the heart rhythm.
4. Ensure no one is touching the person, then press the shock button.

【Transfer Procedures for Elementary and Junior High Schools During Winter Vacation – Shisei Dayori December  (3)】

■ When you change address within the city

1. On the final school day, receive ((1) Certificate of Enrollment) and ((2) Textbook Issuance Certificate) from your current school.
2. Bring (1) and (2) to the Ward Office Residents Division or Branch Office to submit a residency change notification and receive ((3) Transfer Enrollment Notice).
3. Submit (1)–(3) to the new school.

■ When moving into the city from another municipality

1. Bring documents (1) and (2) received from your previous school to the Ward Office Residents Division or Branch Office to submit a residency change notification.
2. Receive document (3) and submit (1)–(3) to the new school.
   ※ If you already completed the residency change beforehand, bring (1) and (2) to the Education Guidance Division to complete the procedure.

■ When moving out of the city

Receive documents (1) and (2) on your final school day and complete transfer procedures at the municipal office of your new address.
