New Type Corona-Virus Infection-Five Situations which Raise Infection Risks (Shisei Dayori, February (1))
In order to prevent the
expansion of the New-Type Corona-virus Infection, citizen everybody's
prevention-mind and actions are critically important.
Now, let's try to take
actions, keeping in mind that you do not get infected nor get other people infected and
doing thoroughly infection-preventive measures such as continuously wearing a
mask, frequent hands-washing and so on.
In addition, there will be
higher infection risks on the following five(5) situations.
Now, let’s try to
prevent those situations.
◎ 5 Situations Where Infection Risks Get Higher
（1）Social or Friendly Meetings with Eating
and Alcohol Drinks and so on.
Your attention to
the surroundings will get lower by the influence of eating and drinking.
And then, the infection risks would get higher by staying for a long time in a
small room.
（2）Eating and Drinking by Many People
or Extending to Long Time.
Eating
and drinking together with five(5) persons or more will get mutual
conversation voices higher and get splash raised.
（3）Conversation without Wearing a
Mask.
Conversation in the short distance with other people (such as in the bus and so on)
and Karaoke(Singing Songs together with other people) would easily send
splash.
（4）Having Communal Living in the Small Space.
Communal
living in the small
space for a long time will raise infection risks.
（5）Replacement of places to Stay
There
would be some cases that the infection risks are raised by changing the environment and
other conditions around you, such as during the rest time at work
place, smoking area and so on.

Infection, we would like to ask you to send the declaration by mailing in principle.

Those people who want to
consult the declaration by meeting from necessity, will be requested to come to the “Meeting Place for
Declaration Consultation” to be set in each ward. For more information, please contact each ward
office.
In order to decrease congestion, please fill the
declaration form beforehand, before coming.

◎Panel Exhibition on Multicultural
Coexistence
We are showing data on foreign
residents in Kumamoto City. We are also introducing some programs to realize multicultural
symbiosis.

first language is not Japanese-”
We will introduce some cases of
community interactions in which they use plain Japanese to communicate with
each other and those by local government.
