The counter is very crowded from late March to early April. In particular, the Chuo Ward Office and Higashi Ward Office are expected to be very crowded during the week of March 28 to April 3.

Regardless of the ward in which you live, you can go through the procedures at any ward office or general branch office, so please avoid the busy period at the counter and submit your notification.

When moving out of the city (Notification of Moving Out)

You can submit your notification approximately 14 days prior to your scheduled move-out date. To avoid congestion, we recommend that you report online or by mail using your My Number Card.

Required items:

Identification document (driver's license, etc.)

My number card or basic resident register card (only for those who have been issued one)

 The reform of the way doctors work will start in April, which will make it more difficult than ever to secure an emergency medical care system, as doctors will be required to work up to the maximum overtime limit and to ensure rest periods. In order to maintain and secure a system in which those who truly need emergency medical care can receive it in the future, the cooperation of all citizens is indispensable.

We would like to ask for your cooperation in the following areas.

(1) See a doctor during clinic hours

Nighttime and holiday medical services are available only for those who have an urgent illness. If you are not in an emergency, please see a doctor during daytime hours.

(2) Appropriate use of ambulances

Ambulances protect the lives of people with urgent conditions. Please use them appropriately.

(3) Use of telephone consultation

If you feel unwell at night or on holidays, please use the telephone consultation service.

【Year-round Application for Municipal Housing Shisei Dayori March (3)】

The list of eligible housing units will be posted on the city website from March 7 (Thu.).

Eligible: Housing complexes designated in advance to promote occupancy

*Housing in apartment complexes or buildings without elevators, with occupancy rates generally below 80% on the 4th floor or higher, and housing for which no applications have been received after the application process.
