the day of the Otemoyan So Odori dance, traffic regulations will be enforced
around the venue. Please come to the venue by public transportation.

Traffic
regulations will be in effect from 18:00 to 23:00 on the day of the festival.
Please
use temporary shuttle buses to get to the venue.
Temporary
shuttle buses (charged) will be available from various locations in the city to
the event site on the day of the event.

in which all members of the household are exempt from municipal inhabitant tax
for the fiscal year 2022

exempt from municipal inhabitant tax for the fiscal year 2022)

Households in which all members of the household are exempt from per capita
levy of municipal inhabitant tax for the fiscal year 2023
(Households
exempt from inhabitant tax for fiscal year 2023)
(3)
Households other than (1) and (2) whose household finances have unexpectedly
and suddenly changed since January 2023 and whose circumstances are deemed to
be the same as those in (1) and (2) (R5 households with a sudden change in
household finances)
How
to apply
(1)
[Households exempt from resident tax for fiscal year R4 and fiscal year R5]
Application deadline: Friday, September 29
(2)
Households whose head of household is in receipt of R4 Emergency Assistance
Payment benefits have already been notified and paid.
Households
other than those already receiving the above benefits but deemed eligible will
be sent a notice or confirmation letter one by one from July 14. Households
that have received a confirmation letter should send it by mail with the
necessary documents in a self-addressed envelope.

deadline: September 29 (Fri.)
Applications
will be accepted at the "Benefit Application Counseling Counter" at
each ward office.
Application
forms will be distributed at the benefit application consultation counter.

The
deadline for payment is August 31. Please pay by the due date.
If
you have the "Local Tax Unification QR Code" on your payment slip,
you can pay your municipal tax at financial institutions nationwide that accept
the Local Tax Unification QR Code, local tax payment websites, smartphone
payment apps, etc.
【Don't forget! You need to submit the current status report. Shisei Dayori August (5)】
Those
who are receiving Child Support Allowance or Medical Expense Subsidies for
Single Parent Families are required to submit the "Status Report" in
August every year. (The necessary documents will be sent to recipients in late
July.) If the application is not submitted during the period of receipt, the
applicant will not be able to receive the allowance or subsidy.
