To prevent the infection expansion of the New-Type Corona Virus, the preventive mind and actions of all citizens are very important. We, should
now keep in mind to work at “ New life-Style ” and , one by one, try to prevent the infection expansion.

【Additional Inoculation (3rd inoculation ) for The New-Type Corona-Virus Infection Shisei Dayoti-December (2)】

We will send leaflets and others, in turn ,to the people who will have passed eight (8) months from the 2nd inoculation of The New-Type Corona-Virus Infection, according to the supply-situation of the vaccine.
If they reach you, please check carefully an appointment-method and so on mentioned in them and then inoculate the additional inoculation( 3^rdinoculation).

（Sending Schedule of Inoculation-tickets）

(1) Those people who have inoculated 2^nd vaccine in March and April (those who have done medical activities. The inoculation-ticket will be sent on November 15.)

(2) Those who have had 2^nd inoculation in 5 May (those who have been admitted to Facilities for Aged- people , those who have been doing facilities- activities and so on.）

The inoculation-tickets will be sent on December 6 (The inoculation will be done in January, next year.)

Those other than above (1)and (2)

We will pass information right after sending schedule is decided, according to national policies and supply-amount of vaccine.

【Proof for Having Vaccine Inoculated, Shisei Dayori, December (3)】

“Inoculation Has been Done (temporary name) “ on the right side of the Inoculation- Ticket will become a document to prove having the vaccine inoculated. In case that the proof for having vaccine inoculated is requested to present at concerts, in travelling and at restaurants in the domestic areas of Japan, it can be used.

※For going overseas, another application is required .
※Please keep safe the Inoculation-Ticket described “Having the Vaccine Inoculated”, so that it does not get lost.

【City Services During New Year’s Holidays　Shisei Dayori, December(4)】

Kumamoto City will be closed from Wednesday, December 29th to Monday, January 3rd.
But some of the services will be done as follows. If you have an inquiry about sightseeing centers or sports facilities, please contact them directly.

【Please follow the three rules when you take out the trash！　Shisei Dayori, December(5)】

(1)Separate and sort garbage.
・You can check the categories of separation on “Calendar of Households Waste and Resources Collection”.
・The designated collection spot may vary from the categories of trash.

(2)Take your garbage to the designated spot by 8:30 am.
・Do not take them to the collection place on a day other than a designated date.

(3)Take your trash to a designated spot.
・Please take them to a place that is decided by a residents’ association. If you do not know your collection place, please ask your neighbor or local residents’ association.
・Trash collection spots must be managed by users. Please clean there in turn and keep it clean.

【School Transfer Procedures for elementary schools and junior high schools during the winter vacation, 　Shisei Dayori, December(6)】

■If you change your address in Kumamoto City,

1．Receive 1. Certificate of Enrollment and 2. Certificate of Textbook Provision from a school you currently attend on the last day of attending.

2．Take the certificates of 1. and 2. to the resident’s session of the word office or a window at the general branch office and report your transfer. Receive 3. Notification of transfer.

3．Submit the documents 1. - 3. toyour new school.

■If you transfer from outside of Kumamoto City,

1．Receive the certificate 1. and 2. from the school you attended. Visit the resident’s session of the word office or a window at the general branch office with these two documents and report your transfer.

2．Receive the document 3. and submit these three to your new school.
※If you completed report of transfer before you change your school, please visit the school guidance section with the certificates No.1 and No.2 to complete a procedure.

■If you transfer to outside of Kumamoto City

Receive the certificates No.1 and No.2 and complete a procedure in the municipality you will move into.

(1)The morning part:：11:00 am - 11:45 am（Doors open at 10 am. ）

　For new adults who live in north ward, south ward, and west ward.

(2)the afternoon part：2:00 pm - 2:45 pm（Doors open at 1 pm.）

　For new adults who live in Chuo ward and east ward.

For new adults ; those who were born on April 2nd, 2001 to April 1st, 2002.

※There are no parking lots. Please come to the veue by public transportations.
