Emergency Endangerment Assessment

An Emergency Endangerment Assessment is a high-priority inspection intended to assess the risk for and prevent a secondary disaster by informing residents as well as the general public to what extent a house/building is dangerous. The purpose of this assessment is not to make permanent decisions regarding the use of a given structure, such as whether it is structurally safe or whether repair is needed, nor is it for certifying the degree of damage a structure has endured, such as gtotally destroyedh and ghalf destroyed.h

Please consult structural specialists for questions such as whether your house can be used permanently, what emergency measures can be taken, and how it can be repaired.

To seek advice on emergency measures or repairs for your house, please call Jutaku-hoshu-senyo Sumairu Dial (dedicated to house repair) at 0120-330-712 (toll-free). (Starting on May 9, 2016, appointments for onsite consultation will be suspended for an undetermined amount of time.)
