Do you have any troubles related to Special Benefits?

Examples: Someone who pretended to be a city office staff called you to ask your bank account and pin code; or a shady website that offers to apply for the cash handout on your behalf asked you to transfer the cost of the application. 

Consumer Hotline to solve COVID-19 Special Benefits related troubles opened on May 1.

Between 10 am and 4 pm (The hotline is also available on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)
