【The New-type Corona Vaccine Inoculation, Shisei Dayori-August (2)】
■Additional Inoculation (4th inoculation)
〇Target People
People in the following (1) and (2) category who have passed five(5) months since third
inoculation
(1)
People who are 60 years old and older
(2)
Among the people between 18 years
old and 59 years old, the people who
have basic diseases , whose BMI
is over 30 and the people, who, doctors admit , have higher risk, when they get
the new-type corona virus infection.
〇Inoculation Ticket
To the (1) people, the inoculation
ticket will be sent before five(5) months passes after third(3rd) inoculation. If the
inoculation ticket arrives, please make reservation for inoculation.
To the (2) people, the guidance for issuing inoculation ticket
will be sent first. Please check the guidance and the people who have
satisfied the requirement, are requested to take procedures.
■Additional Inoculation (3rd inoculation)
〇 Target people：people who are 18 years old or older, who have passed
five(5) months
since 2nd inoculation.
〇Inoculation ticket： have been sent to the target people successively.
■ 1 and 2 Inoculation for Children of 12 years old and
older
〇 Target : Children who are 12 years and older
〇 Inoculation ticket : have been sent to the target children.
■1st and 2nd Inoculation for Children
〇Target ：Children between 5 and 11 years old
〇Inoculation ticket ：have been sent to the target children
【For Children-raising Families among low-Income Families. Special Benefit for Helping Children Raising Families Shisei-Dayori August (3)】
Special
benefit for low-income Children-raising families will be supplied to low-income
Children raising families to support their living.
■Target people
The people who corresponds to one of the following (1)～(5)
【Single Parent Family】
(1)
People who have received children supporting benefit for April,
Reiwa-4nen(2022)
(2)
People who have not received children supporting benefit of April,
Reiwa-4nen (2022) by the reason that
public pension has been received.
(3)
People who have become the same level as the people whose family finance
have changed suddenly by the influence of the New-type Corona Virus Infection and
whose income have become the same as those having received the Children Supporting
Benefit.
【Children-raising Family Except Single Parent Family】
People who have received Children’s Benefit (
or Special Children Benefit) from Reiwa 4-nen(2022)
to Reiwa 5-nen(2023) and Equal part of Resident Tax has not been taxed.

People who have received the Children’s Benefit ( or Special Children
Supporting Benefit) from April,
Reiwa-4en(2022) to March, Reiwa-5- nen(2023) and the equal Part of Resident Tax have
not been taxed.
(5)
Parents and similar people who have brought up children, who were born
during the period from Heisei
16-nen ( 2004) April 2 to Reiwa 5-nen (2023) February 28 and whose equal part of
Resident Tax have not been taxed. Or the people whose income after January 1 ,
2022 have changed suddenly by the
influence of the New-Type Corona Infection and
who have become the same level as the people whose Resident –Tax are not
taxed.
■Target Children
Children
who were born from April 2, Heisei 16- nen (2004) to February 28, Reiwa 5 -
nen (2023) (In case of children who target for Special Children Growing
Benefit, from April 2, Heisei 14-nen (2002))
■Benefit Amount 5 Man-en per child.
■Application Procedures
People who correspond to (1) and (4) need not to do the application
(1)
People who correspond to (3) and (5) need to do the application.
※ People who want application documents and so on are requested to
download them From Kumamoto City Homepage or to
call following call-centers.
■Benefit Supplying Date
The people who
correspond to (1) are already supplied on June 17, Reiwa 4-nen (2022)
.The people who
correspond to (4) will be scheduled to be supplied gradually from July, Reiwa 4-nen
(2022).

and the people who corresponds to (3) and (5)、will be supplied gradually from July end after checking the
documents on receipt of applications（There are cases that
Supply-date gets delayed because of contents to be checked）

Until
February 28 (Tues), Reiwa 5-nen(2023) (Application must arrive by this date)

Kumamoto-ken
, on their own, will supply additionally special benefit for Life-supporting Kumamoto-ken
Single Parent Family ,Children Rearing Supporting Special Benefit for
low-income children-Rearing Families ( National Benefit) to Single Parent Families.
■Target people：Single Parent Family to whom National Benefit has been supplied.
■Target Children：Children who have become a target for National Benefit
■Benefit Amount：20,000 Yen for one Family and 5,000 Yen for one additional child from 2nd
child.
■Application Procedures
The
target people (1)~(3) for National Benefit need not apply. Other people need apply.
■Benefit Supplying Date
The
target people who correspond to (1)~(3) for National Benefit will be supplied gradually from
the end of August, Reiwa 4-nen(2022).
Other
people will be scheduled to be supplied from the end of September, after
receipt of applications
and checking the documents.
（There are cases that Benefit –supply are delayed than plan, depending on
checking Contents.）
■Application Time-Limit：until March 10 (Friday), Reiwa 5-nen(2023) (Application
must arrive by this date .)
