Community Activities We Can Do Right Now (Shisei Dayori December, (1))

 If we hear about “Community Activities “ and “Community Making”, they tend to sound difficult to do so. But there is no such difficulties. In the daily life, if you are a bit more attentive or take one step forward, your community will get more comfortable to live in and attractive.

1. Community Circular Notice

  Various types of information and community activities are introduced in the Community Circular Notice. It would help you to find new findings for your community and appeal for participation in the community activities.

2. Let’s Participate in the Cleaning Activities

  There are communities which are regularly cleaning, centering the places where the people get together. Don’t you sweat together in the community activities to clean the community you live in.?

3. Let’s Participate in the Community Gatherings

  In the community, Summer Festival, Bonfire of New Year’s Decorations, Sports Recreations and so on will be held for the people’s mingling. Even only the participation in the gatherings is good community activity.

4. Let’s Participate in the Collection of Resources

  Let’s take out resources of old papers, glass bottles and so on to resources-collections which Community Association, Children’s Association and others open periodically. Money purchased of collected resources and subsidy from Kumamoto City are valuable financial resource for community activities.

5. Let’s Use Supporting Center for Citizens :Aiport

  Ai-port has been tackling the activities to match the people between those who want to do volunteering activities and community associations who want helping-hands. It has also been tackling with the supports for training courses and others so that people who have interest in volunteering activities can practice in the home-page of Ai-port, volunteering activities which are now wanted and information for volunteering know-how have been introduced. Why don’t you to find activities you have interest in and do them actually ?.

Information on “ The New-type Corona-virus Infection “(Shisei Dayori December, (3))

 In order to prevent the spread of the New-type Corona-virus Infection, citizens’ prevention-mind and actions are very critical. Every person, one by one, should try to prevent the spread of the infection, with the “New-Life Style” in mind , continuously, while keeping “Avoidance of Three-dense Situations”, “Securing Social Distance with Other Persons” ,“Wearing a Mask” and “ Sensitive Hands- Washing”.

◎  Five(5) Scenes Where Infection-Risk Gets Higher

1. Social Gatherings and so on with Eating and Drinking

  Attentiveness gets lower with the influence of alcohol-drinking.. Staying long in the small room will also get the infection-risk higher.

        2. Eating and Drinking By a Lot of People or for Long Time

           Eating and drinking by the people of five(5) persons or more will get talking-voices very high and tend to send easily the splash.

        3. Conversation Without Wearing a Mask

School Transfer Procedures in Elementary and Junior High School-(Shisei Dayori-Dec.(4))

  If you are going to take procedures for school transfer in Elementary and Junior High School during winter holidays, please follow the procedures below.

●When the address is changed from one place to another in the City
1．Get the certificates below from the school on the last school day
　(1)certificate of enrollment
　(2)salary certificate for texbooks library

2．Take above (1) and (2) to the Citizens' Affairs Section of ward or General  Government  Branch Office and submit the address-        change notice and get (3) a school transfer notice from them.　

3．Submit (1) (2) and (3) to the new shcool.

●When you move in the City from outside
Submit an address-change notice together with with above (1) and (2) from you got from your previous school to the municipal office. Then, get above (3)(school transfer notice) and submit (1)　(2) and (3) to the new school.

※ If the address-change notice is already submitted before school transfer, take school transfer procedures with (1) and (2) at School Affairs Section. 

●When you move out from the City

Get above-mentioned (1) and (2) on the last school day and take school transfer procedures at the municipal office of the new address.
