When you are wearing a mask, it is tendency that you feel hard to be thirsty and hold the heat inside the body. Now, let’s bear in mind the following matters, while taking the new life style in your daily life.

・Taking off a mask if you can keep the enough distance(2 meters or more) with the people in the outside of the room

・Keeping in mind to take supplemental water before you feel thirsty

・When you are wearing a mask, avoid the works and physical exercise which give strong burden to your body and take a rest properly.

There is a System for Reduction or Exemption of National Health Insurance Premium(3)

There is a system for reduction or exemption of National Health Insurance Premium to the household whose main supporter’s income has decreased due to the influence of the new type coronavirus infection. The application is needed for receipt of the system.

・Target people : people who meet all following (1)～(3) requirements.

(1) there is prospect that business and other income for 2020 would decrease thirty(30) percent or more than that in comparison with the same for 2019.

(2) Total income of the main supporter for the previous year is 1,000- man Yen or less than that.

(3) the income of the previous year other than the business-related income which is expected to decrease would be 400-man Yen or less than that.
