Reductions/exemptions of nursery school fees following 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake

 

@There have been changes made to nursery school fee payments following the 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake

 

‚P.       About fees for April and May, 2016

    For April: 0.5 month uniform exemption

    For May: Fees in accordance with those on opening date of facility

    *We will notify you of further details regarding fees once finalized.

 

 

‚Q.       About payment

At present, the payment deadline (via payment book, account) for April and May nursery school fees has been extended to Thursday, June 30th.

@For those paying directly to a nursery school facility, we will have each facility make fee adjustments starting from June. 

 

 

‚R.       About other reductions/exemptions of fees

    There is a reduction of taxes system in place for disaster victims based on applicantfs income from the previous year. 

    In this case, you are required to include a Disaster Victim Certificate with your reduction of fees application.

Due to residence being damaged in the disaster, nursery school fees have become difficult to pay, and in the case that the degree of household damage is gtotally destroyedh, payment of nursery school fees will be waved for 1 year after occurrence of earthquake.
