‘ May 31st is the deadline for the new application of a disaster damage certificate (for dwelling houses, agricultural and fishery industries, retail premises, business offices, etc.). 

 Even after March 31st last year, closing date for the application, we have accepted new applications from those who were not able to apply for unavoidable reasons, but on May 31st we will finish accepting new applications of disaster damage certificates of Kumamoto Earthquake which took place in 2016. 

If you need a disaster damage certificate and have not applied for it yet, please take the procedure without delay. 

¦ Reissuance of disaster damage certificates for those whose certificate was already issued will also be conducted in June onward.

‘ Please submit documents related to the temporary repair of the disaster-affected houses by January 31st, 2019. 

 If you have not submitted some documents after application, such as a work completion report, an invoice, etc., submit all the required documents to the counter in charge by January 31st, 2019.  If your repair work has already completed, please submit the documents as soon as possible regardless of the due date.

After the submission of all the documents, the Kumamoto City government will make a direct payment to your contractor.

‘ The comprehensive inquiry counter and the reception desk of subsidy in Chuo Ward Office (City Government Office) will move to a different place:
